OCCAR places and manages both operational and administrative contracts.

Operational contracts, which cover procurement activities related to each of the programmes managed by OCCAR-EA in accordance with specific programme arrangements between the Participating States and OCCAR-EA, and are funded under the OCCAR-EA operational budget. Subject to national regulations, OCCAR-EA will advertise requirements related to operational contracts in accordance with the Programme Procurement Strategy, in the respective bulletins of all Programme Participating States, OCCAR Member States, and on this website.

Administrative contracts, which cover procurement activities for supplies and services related to the OCCAR-EA corporate needs. Administrative contracts are funded under the OCCAR-EA administrative budget and the corresponding requirements are advertised on this website.
