On 20 January 2012, Mr Patrick Bellouard, OCCAR-EA Director, visited the European Defence Agency for a meeting with Mme Claude-France Arnould, the Chief Executive. They had a constructive discussion on areas of potential cooperation in support of European defence capability development.
