- OCCAR founding principles include the potential for other nations to become members. Any application for membership is subject to the specific approval of the Board of Supervisors (BoS) and is dependent on the applying nation fully ratifying the OCCAR Convention, by accepting all existing OCCAR principles and rules and by its participation in a major collaborative programme managed by OCCAR.
- OCCAR-EA has currently four locations: Headquarters in Bonn, one site in Paris, one in Toulouse and one in Rome . The total number of OCCAR-EA staff members is about 240.
