• Would you please clarify whether a Non-Memeber State company, such as xxxxxx., is eligible for submitting her expression of interest to TIMS or not?

  A company which participates in the competition has to have a legal existence in at least one of the States, which are OCCAR Member’s States” (Germany, UK, Italy, France, Belgium and Spain).
  

• Paragraph 10.4.1 refers to the ‘Latest annual Financial Statement’ and ‘standard legal information’.
  
  Does this mean the latest ‘Annual Accounts’, and the ‘Memorandum and Articles of Association’?

  The “Latest Annual financial Statement” requested in paragraph 10.4.1 refers to the providing by the firm’s candidate of:
  
  - last certified Income statement (US) or profit and loss account (UK),
  
  - last certified Balance sheet
  
  - last turnover
  
  The “standard legal information” means that the above mentioned documents have to be provided under the standard form: all accounts and financial statements should be presented in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  
  

• Paragraph 10.2 states that all documents included in the expression of interest shall be in English.
  
  Does this also apply for the documents mentioned in the question 2?
  

  All documents to be provided by a Interested Party shall be in English Language. This includes the financial statement’s documents.
